Soul-stirring, unconventional, and powerful perfectly depicts singer, songwriter, and bandleader, Frankie Parker. Frankie is one of the most sought-after artists in Chicagoland - an artist who lives to set the stage afire with her ‘in-your-face’ approach and vocal distinctiveness. Parker began singing at the tender age of five and later studied vocal performance at Columbia College-Chicago. Frankie has graced such stages as The House of Blues, The Grand Ole’ Opry, and the United Center. Along with her band, “The Gentlemen”, Frankie has maintained a 9-year residency at one of Chicago’s premiere concert venues, The Bassment, located in Chicago’s prominent West Loop. Frankie is an active mentor for “The Rhythms Project”, a non-profit organization dedicated to training and motivating young creatives who are in pursuit of careers in songwriting and vocal performance. Frankie was recently highlighted in a published photography book “Artists of the World: Indie”, which features influential national recording artists. In 2024, Frankie Parker released her sophomore project, “Breathe”. The title single, “Rita” has reached the Top 20 on the Urban Influencer-UK charts. “Breathe” has become a testament to Frankie’s tenacity- a recording artist and breast cancer survivor, dedicating her work to warriors like herself.(opens in a new tab)(opens in a new tab)
