In 2017, Rhoda's journey to be one of the best became even more cultivated as she competed in the "Amateur Night At The Apollo" competition at the World Famous Apollo Theater in Harlem and advanced to the final round by taking first place in the first and second round and second place the final round.

Rhoda’s dedication to her craft has led to performances with and opening opportunities for acclaimed artists such as Donnie McClurkin, Daryl Coley, Vickie Winans, Chante Moore, Donell Jones, Carl Thomas, Naughty By Nature, Freddie Jackson, The St. Lunatics, After 7 and more.

Rhoda’s golden horn has been requested and taken all across the country and internationally, being fortunate to be a featured performer in Dubai on multiple occasions.

Rhoda’s reach has become far and wide as she has created “viral” moments online on multiple occasions while amassing over 100,000+ TikTok followers and even obtaining a direct personal co-sign from one of the most known and respected faces in entertainment, Howie Mandel right after performing a live TikTok exclusive concert in 2023.
